Bookings Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Bookings Coordinator to join the team at our Christchurch Hospital. The successful candidate will be a strong administrator (with a puzzle solving passion) with exemplary customer service skills. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure an accurate and efficient schedule of patient surgical bookings.
We are a positive, kind, industrious and fast-moving team, who are people focused, with a good sense of humour! In this warm and friendly environment, we are doing complex work and have big ambitions with a vision driven by change – which includes the introduction of new systems! So we are seeking a bright, hardworking, adaptive and energetic individual, who cares about people, is tech savvy, and enjoys helping and teaching others.
