Business Analyst – ePMO

12 Months Fixed Term 


Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) team at Southern Cross Healthcare. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent at the end of the contract. 

As a Business Analyst, you will guide the business in improving processes, products and helping create new care pathways for our patients. You will also be responsible for helping the business to find opportunities to improve their efficiency, support them through the analysis of key business data, and provide insights to enable data driven decision making. 

This role will be based at our National Support office in the Auckland CBD.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years business analysis experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Information Systems or similar 
  • Strong skills in partnering with customers and stakeholders to think and work creatively.
  • Proven experience in Agile and Scrum
  • Understanding of Project Management and software development life cycles 
  • Change Management experience would be desirable 
  • Prior experience in healthcare or relevant industry would be beneficial
