Change Manager
Southern Cross Wellington Hospital
Southern Cross Wellington Hospital is a private elective surgical hospital. The hospital features day procedure facilities, five operating theatres and a modern High Dependency unit - all of which allows the hospital to provide for the needs of a variety of patients, including those requiring complex surgical procedures. Clinical services include Orthopaedic surgery, Neurosurgery, Colorectal surgery, Gynaecology, Paediatric surgery, Ear, Nose & Throat, Ophthalmology, Oncology and Urology.
First established in 1992, the hospital has seen significant additions and upgrades on the site over recent years. The new building adjacent to the hospital at 88 Hanson Street houses a state-of-the-art Day Stay surgical facility (Wellington Surgical Centre), Affinity Medical imaging and the Southern Cross Specialist Centre.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to help bring some of our most important improvement initiatives to life. This role suits someone who enjoys turning strategy into action and helping people understand, adopt and sustain change.
Partnering closely with leaders, clinicians, project teams and frontline staff, you'll lead the people side of change across a range of programmes and projects.
