Master Data Administrator (Fixed Term Contract 10 Months)

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As the Master Data Administrator, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of item, supplier, and pricing data for our non-GS1 suppliers, playing a vital role in how our hospitals purchase, plan, and deliver care every day.
Your work will directly in support of accurate procurement and purchasing decisions by ensuring master data is reliable, consistent, and fit for purpose. Acting as a trusted point of contact for purchasing and data-related queries, you’ll work closely with hospital teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate catalogues, validate contract and item pricing, and safeguard system integrity.
This role offers the opportunity to go beyond data maintenance. You’ll identify and resolve data and pricing issues, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help strengthen the systems and processes that support our organisation at scale and making a visible impact across Southern Cross Healthcare.
