Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Patient Services Manager to lead the delivery of outstanding patient care and operational excellence at Ormiston Hospital. In this pivotal role, you will oversee key services including inpatient care, pre-operative assessment, patient administration, bookings, and reception - ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient. As a senior clinical leader, you will bring your nursing expertise to the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure the right staffing, capability, and care standards are in place to meet patient needs.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping the hospital’s strategic direction, driving service growth, and maintaining Ormiston’s reputation for clinical excellence. You will foster a high-performing, patient-centred culture, champion continuous improvement, and lead initiatives that enhance both patient outcomes and operational efficiency. From leading workforce planning and service delivery to strengthening clinical governance, quality, and risk practices, you will ensure the hospital consistently delivers safe, effective, and future-focused care.
