Receptionist
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We have an opportunity for a full time Receptionist to join our team – this is a full time 37.5 hours per week) permanent role, that is responsible for the first point of contact when someone enters our hospital. You will be working with a supportive, experienced and busy team so you don’t need to have receptionist experience, but you will need a positive, welcoming, can-do attitude, and the ability to learn fast. Being adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of the day will enable you to thrive, but most importantly, we are looking for a joyful human with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
The successful candidate must be able to work from 2:00pm – 9:30pm on Monday – Thursday, with morning shifts (6:30am – 2:00pm) alternating on Fridays and Saturdays each week.
