Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We are looking for a Service Delivery Administrator to assist with ensuring the smooth running and operations of the organisation. This role is part of the Service Delivery Team and will work closely with all departments of Southern Cross Workplace Health, (formerly known as MedPro and Raise) now providing a broader range of services to support employee health and wellbeing.
This role varies day to day and can include:
Our main office is based in Mt Eden, and our National Support office is in Albert Street in Auckland. The role will work predominantly in Mt Eden with 2 days in Albert St.
This is a full time, office based, permanent role 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

MedPro Healthcare (NZ) Ltd has been providing health services to workplaces since 2004. In the last 5 years we have experienced considerable growth and are expanding the services we offer. We are now wholly owned by Southern Cross Healthcare and are offering our Workplace Health services.
We work in the fast-growing area of workplace health, with our Occupational Health Nurse team providing a range of medical assessments to a large number of organisations across Aotearoa delivering an effective, evidence-based advisory service to our clients.
