Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Administrator to assist with ensuring the smooth running and operations of the organisation. This role is part of the Service Delivery Team and will work closely with all departments of Southern Cross Workplace Health, (formerly known as MedPro and Raise) now providing a broader range of services to support employee health and wellbeing.  

This role varies day to day and can include:

  • Answering all incoming enquiry phone calls, emails, and coordinate appointments for individuals and employers
  • Completing a wide range of key administrative related tasks and duties.
  • Ensuring effective communication and processes are maintained.
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and support internal and external relationships with our clients.
  • Ensuring KPIs and standards of service are met.
  • Travel to workplaces & offices across Aotearoa may be requested as a first aider. 

Our main office is based in Mt Eden, and our National Support office is in Albert Street in Auckland. The role will work predominantly in Mt Eden with 2 days in Albert St.

This is a full time, office based, permanent role 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • You will enjoy working autonomously and within a wider team. 
  • IT capability is a must, including the use of emails, hotspot, basic excel and equipment/devices 
  • Discretion and ability to keep information confidential.
  • Resilience and the ability to be effective under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and multitask to a high degree.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to positively respond to the changing needs of the business.
  • First Aid Certificate will be a Bonus
  • Must have NZ Drivers License - Full & own car

We work in the fast-growing area of workplace health, with our Occupational Health Nurse team providing a range of medical assessments to a large number of organisations across Aotearoa delivering an effective, evidence-based advisory service to our clients.
